Is Baluarte going Green with electric motor bikes?

Philippine Deputy National Security advisor Luis Chavit Singson, has purchased an extremely eco-friendly 1000 watt electric motor bike.

Former Ilocos Sur Governor and now Deputy National Security Adviser Luis "Chavit" Singson recently went to Subic and became interested in our environment friendly electric motor scooters to use at his home called Baluarte, in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.

He bought one from Willy Dela Cruz of Eagle Motorcycles through Dave Dewbre. Chavit says he will use the eco-friendly scooter at his home in Baluarte in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. NSA Singson is looking into promoting eco-friendly vehicles to cut down on pollution in the Philippines.
